Above the stage there is a projector and a mirror at 45 degrees that projects the image on the floor in a gap in the stage. a clear transparant foil placed at 45 degrees from top to bottom of the stage reflects the image projected on the floor to the audience. the blue lights at the side of the stage amplify the effect by shining on to the background of the stage creating the illusion that there's a 3D image in the middle of a 3D space
I think this is really called video projection mapping. Nothing real special. In fact, saw it as a kid at Disney World in the early 90s. And for Christ sake, a hologram is actually being able to move around and look at different angles of what you're seeing. Not something that is flat as a reflection of light on a wall.
