I don't watch either. But my pet peeve is when people do retro reviews and just complain and have no idea...what they are talking about. That really BUGS me and I go after who ever does that. AVGN has gotten better, but Irate knows nothing about the old games he reviews. His facts are always wrong and all he would need to do is research the games he does and he won't. That annoys me to death XD

I had this game for my Sega Master System when I was little. It was definitely an inferior version to the Genesis and SNES versions, but I enjoyed it! Good times.

I found this game (Snes version) at a yard sale, so I bought it. How can't you drink 7up after u play this! ...Or root beer. Anyways, not a 7/10, maybe 6. Fun, funny, cool, but not a very good game in general.

I really loved this game as a kid, didnt even know who cool spot was but the game was so clever and I love how they scaled the enviorments. The camera could get really annoying as it followed spot instead of staying fixed and scrolling when you moved to the end of a screen. Overall though, bosses omitted aside, the game has an excellent quality to it that you dont see anymore these days. Well done sir.

Other bad aspects: Levels start repeating a few rounds in, no bosses, really repetitive and imo unexciting gameplay, Enemies take too many hits. The character, its a freakin spot with sunglasses :P So lame. I used to like this one but I dont think it aged well at all. Good review though!

Worst part was on the Genesis. Due to only having one d-pad, aim and move were interlocked. Yeah, to shoot you had to move. Try that on Wading Around.

Sounds like a pretty decent platformer. It's always good when the give you the ability to control the camera by looking up and down in a 2-d platformer.

the graphics on snes are too childish and really kitschy (just look at the score...), i think. and the sound rocks more and sounds more chiselled on the mega drive. the snes-version is way too smooth, don't you think?^__^

Yeah a lot of people are. I liked the the Gamecube ones. Mainly because they were usally released later. That way most of the bugs would be removed from the game and it would play better.

A good example of this would be Batman Vengence and Xmen Legends to name a few. Ive played the other versions too so I know.
