  • i had the same problem i just got another one witch is my 2nd and its broken so i have to send it back AGIAN!

  • That happened with my phone. Tech support said it happens when you buy the phone and the representative doesn't switch out the price plan because you need to upgrade to their everything plan in order to activate the pre.
