it's funny that everyone who works in a music store has similar experences with customers. I guess you have to work in a music store over 40 hours a week to understand that people who work there aren't truly arrogant assholes, not to say that there are some that do, and are & no one gets that we are salesmen for those products, we have to know about the products in order to sell them and make commission, which can make us a lot more then $10 and hour if you're a good salesman & know your shit
