i have a 85 delta 88 w/ the 307 and i was told i could not get "true duals" on it cuz there was not enough room under the car and theres no cat on it ... bought it that way......all i have on it is a 21" "glass pak" love the sound and it only cost me $19.85 ...how ironic id like to put the 455 cam in it with stiffer valve springs... just wish it had better mpg ... the motor has 276,xxx mi on it smokes a lil but that comes with age
sweet man. what country are you in? i got a 77 4 door.what kind of duals do you have on that. can a y pipe dual exhaust with glass packs sound that good on my 77 4 door? thats all i can do to mine according to the muffler guy.
i just found that out at a exhaust shop but don't have the xtra 300 for them to build from the y pipe for true duals. id like to not have cats it would have more sound and horse power. i guess if i tell them im racing the car they can leave the cats off. if i hook the smog pump back on i won't have to worrie about emissions. i know i can still pass i had a 2 door with true duals no cats and it passed. it was nice but engine blew in that one

yor muffler guy lied to you he probly just didnt wanna mess with it you can run true duals on it
