  • NEIN! NEIN! NEIN!

  • i like this simple track norisring, i call it little monza

  • Does anyone know where I can buy a DTM video, but not on the DTM website as it would cost 115 euros to post to New Zealand!!! Thanks for your help.

  • wow Highspeed

  • my calibra last edition v6 is a driving dream :P i <3 him very much ;)

  • @FLASHonaLASH

Well my good old Opel Vectra 2000 with its fabolous C20XE engine was also a driving dream until we finally lost the war against rust. May he rest in peace..

  • Nice! I love those Dtm yellow Calibras. Luckly nothing serious happened.

  • since 10years the same reporter at norisring :D

i like him :) every year again :)

  • I recall Keke explaining that he went slightly off the racing line and his ABS decided there wasn't enough grip for full braking.

  • @Kalmaa CAN YOU IMAGINE ....FULLTHROTLE ...AT 250 KM H ...AND SUDDENLY ...WHERE THE FUCK ARE THE BRAKES ?????!!!!!!!

    WHAT A NASTY SENSATION...LOL

KEKE WAS A GREAT DRIVER OLD SCHOOL...AND YOU CAN SEE HIM TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL , TRYING TO AVOID A ´´FRONT´´ COLLISION...SIMPLY MASTER...CHEERS FROM BRASIL

  • Oh my God... Thank the Lord he survived!

Keke Rosberg is a motorsport hero!

  • wow that could have been so bad

i had the exact same thing happen to me in my kart at like 45 mph once and that was bad enough, I cant imagine the same thing at 100+mph

  • yes the speed they have at this point is about 150mph.

I was at this race, and it was really unbelievable car control in such a moment, spinning into this little hole that´s there.

It´s a typical thing for the Norisring races to have brake failures. We always laughed a bit about more cautious drivers like Christian Danner back then, who always did a small brake check at the straight, but maybe that was a good decision.

  • That's nothing to laugh about, they just bring their brakes back to working position. You'll notice every endurance driver doing it. It's about a thing called "Pad knock-off" Hard bumps or curb cutting bring the brake pads a little further away from the disc and you don't have the brake pressure you'll expect. A little tap brings them back close to the disc.

I'm sure Rosberg did that as well.

Watch the TV coverage and see him parking the Calibra backwards against a tree

  • no, no one else of the factory drivers did that in that race, only Danner, I think it was 93.

Don´t know for sure if more did it in 94, because I was sitting on another spot.

  • i remember watching that the tv footage showed from memory he barely hit the barriers? UNREAL car control... If that had been me it would have been close the eyes and pray time!!! Keke ruled....

  • Thx for posting! thank god he was ok after that

  • Runoff saved his life and limbs.

  • good to see he was ok

  • Opel calibras are very dangerous. :D ;)

  • no they are safe

  • calibra re mounia

  • UUaahhhh.... der keke, stark gemeistert!

  • It looks so diffrent from TV.

    Thank you
