With due respect, are you sure that this work isn't actually by Jakob Gade, the composer of the now [in]famous tango "Jalousie"? Jakob, incidentally, was not directly related to Neils Gade and son Axel - also a composer.
@Dogsledfan The work is by Niels Wilhelm Gade - NOT Wiggo or Jacob. It is originally from the ballet "A folks tale" (1854) by Bournonville, which is 35 years before Jacob Gade was born.
