=( unfortunately not. I've been looking myself. The ones that are theatrical swords are usually ones that are for medieval knights and stuff. So we are also forced to use both replicas and real swords as well.
You may be able to spray paint wooden katana's with car chrome paint and protective varnish (like Jackie chan does). You still have to be very carefull though. Also, you could simulate undercranking by speeding it up in the computer slightly. May do some test runs to see.

Hey King those are the reel deal we just dull the blades for safety. Do you know where I can get some theatrical blade Katanas?
