I've had an Amaterasu so f*ck*ng overpowered that her normal attacks were the Celestial Brush's skills, you could use them without any restriction, they were triggered instantly on the enemy... oh, and she had the same 3-hit-barrier from the original game, so that makes her invulnerable enough to laugh between attacks. Hyper Legend Gogeta 2.9 is very old one and being KOed by lots of characters (including Chuck Norris) since 4 years ago.

Currently, Limity Cut Broly in 12P pallete is most defensive + offensive character so far but even he is being fallen by some of (I mean a lot) new characters like Mashiro Fang (12P) and DW-Byakuya (12P) who have critical killer codes.

Yeah. There were rough developments of coding systems for years by years, months by months. Limiter Cut Broly that I've just mentioned had having one of the most stable defense coding systems that none could defeat this guy even until a year ago. But now, the time went on, and newer killer code invented and there are some of characters are able to KO him.

They don't overkill. I mean not even attacking, nor defending or stuff.

They don't move and the opponent gets disappeared as soon as the screen turns into the battle stage. That means they don't kill opponents by doing something, but they just shows up and making "no opponents" since very beginning of the match.

actually, Dark Orochi is the cheapest character. (intstant killers notwithstanding, light yagami, im looking at you.) His stand animation will damage you, all of his attacks are specials that practically last forever, and not even the F1 button will kill him. he has insane HP regen, and an AI that could put any other character to shame.

This is basically a retardedly edited Rare Akuma. It really just changes his big portrait, his idle stance, and his default pallete. Other than that, everything I saw in this video was an ability belonging to Rare Akuma. Rare Akuma is made by P.o.t.S. and is only available for download on his forum. Every cheap character has been edited and Hyper Akuma shouldn't be the exception too. And you will be surprised that there are more than 95% of cheap characters do not have been edited the HP and defense at all... Many of the strongest characters like Oni-Miko and ARC have very standard stats (1000 HP, 100 attacks, 100 defenses) and the coding systems are making them to be uber-cheap.

Actually the cheapest characters in the game is one with no hit box or collision frame at all. It doesn't matter how many pink skulls Akuma can throw, it will not work if none of them hits them.

Another thing I noticed is that while Hyper Akuma is extreme powerful on offense, he has no defensive move so if Metool took cover under the hat (which essentiallly renders him invincible but cannot attack), then use the Giant Metool at the right time, Akuma gets 0wn3d (labeled as such by the game.

But the thing is that there are 'SO' many characters who can kill Metool with instant kills even Metool is covering his hat. Also, even if they have no hit-box, there are various kinds of codes to make them to be fallen... Well. There are several charaters like Mahavairo, 0 and S-Tomy who cannot be killed by any kinds of these killable codes might be the cheapest groups but they are having significantly weaker offense abilities incomparison to the other top cheapies like Oni-Miko and ARC.
