  • no. defu is a robotized version of desu, a phrase-ish word that changes the level of respect, like: "let's go!" into "shall we go?".

    the water nymph's (the closest translation I could think of serei is a nymph)"na no" is a habit phrase, which is a common thing in Japanese. A habit phrase doesn't exist in english because of the inflexibility of english grammars. Habit phrase is a phrase a person uses often. It usually has no typical meaning directly.

  • What does that mean when the seirei of water says "na no" in most of her sentences? I'm guessing it's similar to how Gami Gami's robots say "defu/desu" at the end of each sentence or no?
