Dragon Slayers where a good series, for me the best one of the series was the Spin off of Dragon Slayers 2 Xenadu game. Xenadu's spin off was release on the NES known as Faxenadu. Takes place at the same time line as Xenadu but a different story.

How does Faxenadu play? If you like Zelda 2 combat system you'll love the spin off. It only came out on the NES.

Ugh. The NES version's music is a million times better. This MSX2 version looks like it plays like shit by comparison.

From the begining I love this game musics.

However the game play never made me feel the wish to play it very long.

I'm such a huge fan of the music for this game, and I'm not sure which I prefer (nes or MSX music) I kinda like how limited the nes music was :) it's all great!

Thiers an English Nes version. They changed the name though. Its called Legacy of the Wizard

Indeed. It is pity that most games in Dragon Slayer series were released only in Japan. Drasle Family may be one of the best games in the series along with Sorcerian.
