I love to hear & see Miley's live performances. No, she is not always on key, but the amount of energy she gives to her performances make up for any flaws in her voice. Obviously, in the studio she can come out w/a better recording of a song, but I'd take a live performance of her any day over the perfection of the studio!  This was terrific!
