Official EA Australia Server means it is in the Melbourne office

Most of the Australian servers are in Pandemic's former office in Brisbane or in a Server only building

Sever Browser in the US on Console is complete crap. You just get 4 or 5 pages of the same maps and modes. Almost all of them are 23, or 24 out of 24. Most of the time you get stuck in a Queue or a completely different map altogether, For some reason Tehran Highway comes up most often. You are better off just choosing "Any" under Conquest, Rush, or TDM.

If you were to compare them you would find that battlefield is using much more advanced software than modern warfare but thats what makes it irritating on the console, modern warfare on the other hand does not so it runs smoother on the console, thats what makes it appealing to alot of people ^^

@TheLingThing95 As much as it pains me to say this, Call Of Duty is by far better than Battlefield 3, I mean, for starters it has a far better Campaign and is a lot more fun and better looking, Also, for " Advanced Software " DICE must of screwed themselves because Battlefield 3 is one of the most ugliest Video - Games of 2011, I mean, they should of stuck with Medal Of Honor' s Engine because that looked very good, but in terms of sound I won' t lie Battlefield is better.

@Falchion43 For the most part i agree with you, i enjoyed the modern warfare 3 campaign better than the battlefield one. I wouldn't say battlefield 3 is the worst looking game of the year but i will say it runs really rough on console, no where near as smooth as modern warfare 3 beacause of its lower frame rate due to it being primarily a pc game, if you played battlefield 3 on a decent gaming pc you would be in awe of its graphics but speaking strictly to consoles it simply lacks.

@TheLingThing95 Actually I didn' t notice the roughness, what I meant was how over - done the Lighting Effects were, how bland the Colour Pallet is and the ridiculous amount of Lens Flare ( Especially on the Interrogation Cut - Scenes in the Campaign. )

@Zeus17x No the comment is valid and the reason why is that Battlefield over - did everything to the point that it looks ugly, its only redeeming quality are how good the textures are. But seriously, The Lighting Effects have an obscene amount of lense flare, the Weapons look like they have been worn out a lot of the time, there is next to no colour when necessary ect. Where as Medal Of Honor looked very good although suffered from muddy textures up - close.
