You don't have too...I just did because I did not want to have this clip become a blooper clip...you know how I normally wear socks...well the round house kicks from stepping back is tough to do...traction is important for this clip...but try both ways! Thanks for the post!~ahmad

Yeah there are places where you can amp it up a bit....like where I do light jog in place...try replacing the jogging for a burpee or high knees in place....have fun~ahmad

i tried this workout once after level 1 30 day shred jillian michaels, once only, the x punch kick jump was hard, tomorow i will try to do twice n add up as i go along ... thanks ahmad
