This is misleading information. The seaflex is not a back up drive, it is only usable once you have loaded stuff onto it from a desktop computer. It's a one way streaming device...

Inform yourself better please... I bought it after watching your video and had to take it back because as a photographer I could not use it like I wanted it: as an external storage/backup device when traveling. You should state in your video that it is a one way thing...

at first i thought 200$ was an absurd price for such a device

but then i thought,

router=$30 hdd=$60 nas adapter=$30 battery ~$35

$155 is significantly cheaper compared to $200: but what you get is a bunch of devices hacked together and barely considered "portable" not taking into account the simple user interface seagate has to offer...

if seagate priced this device at $190 it would sell much MUCH faster,, but profits would cripple
