Yeah, I can only wear the big head bands. The small ones either slide back and forth all day, or are so tight that they give me a headache.

I love buying and collecting rhinestones. You could do so much with them, especially if you find really well-crafted ones for cheap. I had this old black plastic iPhone case that looked so simple and plain. I glued a bunch of rhinestones to it and made a case that resembled one that another guru was showing off that was like $200!

You can do that but they won't look like ones I have(which is what the questions were about). The prongs and the setting is what makes a $8 headband look $50 :)

for the metal headbands I usually get some foam and wrap that around the ends then hot glue it. Then the headbands do not hurt as much still a bit but not as bad.

for the plastic headbands, wont the hot glue kind of melt through it? cuz ive done some craft projects like that and it melted through.

It should not, I work with plastic and a hot glue gun all the time. The best tip is putting the glue on the gem then pressing it down onto the band.

Depends on the glue you are using -- they have hot glue gun glue that doesn't need to get too hot to melt, and that type is what I would use for the plastic headband.
