  • 3 people don't like good reviews;)

  • Great review dude!

  • Just had my Speedmaster Pro serviced. What a great watch. My father bought it in Switzerland in 1969 and it looks like brand new.

  • Thank you!!!

  • Wow really nice brand to go with that amazing watch.

  • i think i heard "I DONT KNOW YOU ! Get out of my face!" at around 2:05

  • Hi what size is your clasp?

  • nice

  • These are just like the AO Aviators, they dont change. and they will always look badass!! oldschool will always win.

  • the speedmaster was issued to ALL apollo astronauts.....not just aldrin

  • nice video.. but please have the sec hand sweeping in such reviews.. :)

  • Hi , you say "very accurate". How many secs a day ?

    Great video.

  • @jperez956 True, true

  • technically that is not the watch that was worn on the moon. the watches they wore on the moon were 105.012 and 145.012.

  • @getrishi1 Very true however it is still flight approved and has been used on manned orbits since.

  • cool...

  • the only problem i have with mine is if i don't use it for a day or 2 it will turn off and what is its price cause some relative of mine in us gave it as gift.

  • Hello, can you tell me, were you i can buy this omega leather strap with folding clasp?

I can't find it on the internet.

  • @MultiSupra98 unfortunately that isn't an omega strap. It would have been branded on the inside, and I dont think Omega make racing straps like that? Tag however do, but I am unsure whether a Carrera strap would fit on the Moonwatch?

  • @raginbullfrog I have just bought that strap on my watch from an AD for Omega so I'm afraid it is a Omega strap not a Tag strap. It is the Omega Speedmaster Pro strap. It retails for about £115 plus VAT the buckle/clasp is about £175 plus VAT.

  • Nobody was on the moon !!!

  • can i use this watch as a diving watch?

  • @joelstwisted No, it's only rated to 30m.

  • How much is this watch?

  • what diameter is your wrist? Great Clock!

  • Just got my Speedy Pro, will be here Thursday! Can't wait! Gotta be the youngest guy to own one!

  • 1:45 "Eddie's fucking recording"? lmao

  • I bought a Citizen calibre and it doesn't have sapphire crystal either. Does anyone else have experience with poly watch? Does it really work?

  • @TheStig000

What do you mean by "Does it really work"? As in can you see through it? Does it stay fixed to the case? Does it stop you from just being able to touch the hands?

Weird question without any further information I think...

  • @theoldstigster I was talking about the product shown in this video, called poly watch.

  • Go hardcore and get a simple black velcro strap, just like the boys wore on the moon.

  • Nice review. Great watch too.

  • Great Vid Thanks

  • I like it nice watch.

  • are these COSC?

  • @patrickf4v

It is the only watch that has been qualified for use outside the spacecraft i.e on the moon. There are also watches qualified for use in zero gravity but not for the pressures of actual outer space.

Also dont trust wikipedia, anyone can post information

  • This is NOT the only watch qualifed by NASA for, you know, outer space. (At least accoirding to wikipedia)

  • The tach is used to measure MPH or Km/h. You start the chrono and when one mile or km is traveled you stop the chrono and the second hand will be on the average speed that was traveled over the distance.

  • @THEClayDUBBS Nice answer. However, you can actually measure anything. For instance you start printing a page on your printer, then you start the chrono. When the page is printed, then you stop the chrono. At that point the seconds-hand will be pointing at a number in the bezel that tells you how many pages can be printed in an hour. Eg: if printing the page took 30 seconds, then that means that all things being equal your printer can print 120 pages per hour. Regards.

  • @jperez956 Nice simple explanation. Could be useful in certain jobs. I love my Speedmaster Pro, had it for around eight years, never given me any trouble. It has a five year service interval which is great considering the costs involved.

  • Could you please post a link to where you got your perforated racing strap + deployment buckle? Thanks!

  • @jas0nt You can order it from your Omega Authorized Dealer.

  • HD much appreciated.

  • Great watch! and nice video! I like this watch a lot as well as the planet ocean. until now i still don't know which one to pick with. any recommendation?

  • idolreplicas com has replica leather bands for the speedmaster that are exactly like this band and there good quality band for 60$ and ive bouth from them before and gonna get one for my authentic speedmaster moon watch

  • @keltecdan

    i dont support fake makers

  • love the watch ;i have it for the third year and it s just beautiful

  • Wow, good review, love the HD. Thanks for your effort.

  • What a great review and video. Thanks for posting. Where did you purchase that perforated leather strap? It looks great!

  • Really clear video. very good hight definition!

    Thank's

  • Some good information, well presented. The HD video is brilliant. Thanks for your time and effort.

  • thanks for the review its really great and clear video

    regards

  • nice reveiw.

  • The tachymètre is really simple to use. Just time how long it takes to go a mile, kilometer, or any single unit of distance and compare it to the gradations on the bezel (i.e. a car covers a mile at 120mph at 60mph.) Love that racing strap with deployment!! Might need to cramp your style and pick one up for mine ;-j

  • @asaretzky correction (i.e. a car covers a mile at 120mph in 30sec)

  • my favourite watch... if only I have money to buy it!

  • @Bribon I saved up about 4 grand and want to buy this watch I am wondering how much it costs. I will greatly appreciate it if you tell me how much it costs.

  • @MAR00NPHOENIX depending on possible discounts and the exact model (there are a few variations) around €2500,
