It was a major REDISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH to the top 5%.
Is it possible for Barack to get those US Billions back, or are they lost for good?

The Democratic Party kicked Liebermann out of the party in 2006, so Lierbermann ran as an independent. Everyone that has that slightest ounce of intelligence knows that. Since he is an independent, he is not accountabale to the Democrats at all.

I know that Connecticut now allows gay/lesbian marriage. . .do they also support caucasian/jewish weddings (my future husband is a "slightly" older jewish Senator ;) )???

I am not upset with Joe Lieberman for supporting John McCain--he may have legitmately thought he and McCain would have made a great team (even with Palin as nominal VP). But for Lieberman to say some of the things he did during the campaign, like question whether Obama was a Marxist, was crossing the line. Lieberman dug his own grave not by supporting McCain, but with foul campaigning.

Barack Obama is the 'President-Elect'... He's not President until Jan. 20th. He IS a senator, and is the current Junior Senator of Illinois. As it stands, he still has his voice in the senate, until he takes office next year...
