Rosengarden? who's rosengarden?

"Rosengarden" is a reference to former New York City telethon bandleader, the late Bobby Rosengarden. He basically served as the New York bandleader for the telethon from the 70's until his death in the late 90's/early 2000's.

During the time Tony Orlando (or any host) was on that show with Bob, they'd yell out his last name as a cue to start the drum roll. I thought paying tribute to Bob would be cool. I met Tony O. backstage after - he was astounded I remembered "Rosengarden".
