Krebs Custom, Red Jacket, etc, etc. Also you're seeing the opinions of people on the Internet. Not Arsenal Inc., they're large supporters of the NRA.

I'll say this, I might try silverbear instead of wolf. I've used wolf for awhile, and I got a stuck case in my AR, it seems to be a prevalent issue. Silverbear, essentially same product (except zinc coated instead of polymer) and within about $.10 usually per box. Reportedly doesn't have that issue. YMMV
@BWT68 Thx, I recently picked up some brass casings and I think they were manufactured by wolf, but I saw a huge difference in accuracy. I was making fist size groups at fifty yards standing...which I thought was impossible with an ak47- and was wondering if he was using those in the video. I'm honestly a little surprised he's hitting much but optics makes a big difference in that department. Running iron sites on my ak + crappy russian ammo makes for pretty lousy accuracy (In my experience).
aint "NUTN" better than a fun combat course. I love them. Speed and accuracy, along with voice commanding stress. These are awesome drills. with ,of course,push ups!!! Great work out and dry air cough included. Thanks for sharing it with us !!!!
I'm wondering, how come you guys hardly ever go prone in any of your drills? It just seems to me that when you kneel, your stationary enemy (who may be laying prone) has probably been tracking you since you started running and now he has a nice big silhouette to aim at.
nutn Im sure you have heard about it or seen it, but you should check out the Arsenal SLR106FR. I own one and have to say I love it. With the right hand loads it shoots right at 1MOA at 100m. The recoil is only like a pissed off .22 mag. because of that muzzle break and a 5.56 round haha.

@mbsells77 I believe the concept is to get away from the vehicle, like you would do in iraq if a vehicle in front of you hit an IED, or so that incase the vehicle gets hit with a RPG you wont get blown up with it.

Hi. I'd like to say that I'm from England where firearm ownership is illegal, and although at the school I attempted military training was compulsory and I spent a few years learning how to shoot and behave in combat, I obviously don't know anywhere near as much as you. But the way I see it, you spend a lot of time in the open shooting one immobile and non-responding insurgent. Like you'll crouch in the open and put 6 rounds into one guy, without taking cover or notice of his 3 friends
all of whom will be shooting at your open and non-moving body. And like when you pull up in the 4x4, I presume the bad guy initiated combat by firing upon you. You're an obvious target sat still in a large car with 3-4 possibly fully automatic weapons unloading on the front two seats. Like I said I obviously don't have the experience you have but it's just some thoughts from my minimal training.
Not wanting to be sounding like wanker, but I have to ask, where's the suppressive fire? Sure, this is good target practice, but if this were a real firefight, are you sure that your current techniques would be adequate?
@DylerBurben Not many people like the Suppressive fire concept "Unless you have a belt fed machinegun", cause you cant suppress forever, i would rather just kill and know they arent gonna shoot back, then make them duck their head, only to be able to stick it back up later.

one thing that does kinda bug me is that your videos seem to take really long to load, and the length of the videos don't help that very much. but its no big deal, it is just a little annoying... but ill still watch your videos anyway! god bless
I envy you guys having a place to go work on this sort of thing. I did notice a couple things that could be improved upon from my way of thinking;
mag changes - Nobody's using what little concealment is available. Instead, everyone gets up higher to easily access their magazines. Good recipe to catch a bullet.
And it looked like a couple support hands getting swept with pistol muzzles on the draw. Better to hold the support hand to the body (or at least capture the long arm on the transition)
rather than let it hang out there begging to get swept with a pistol.
Seems like a lot of time (and ammo) spent in one location, engaging one target. Swift movement is your friend. I'd have probably spec'd 3 rounds per target, less than 2 hits is a failure to neutralize.
I'd like to see what my 40 y.o. ass could pull with you guys. I got the 90% in my head. Been there done that. Would be nice to do it for real purpose for a change. I'm east side so I gotta find some boys out here. Keep training cus we may end up covering each other's 6's one day.
Right on brother, thanks for dropping by. Yes, training with purpose is sooo much better. I too am a 40+ yr old and it's a great way to stay in shape. Stay tuned and you will see the "The Sledgehammer" drill which is similar to this but more focused on defineable parameters for scoring. I wish you luck in finding a place back in your places to do this.
@nutnfancy I have one serious concern with the break contact video. Where was the aidbag. As an airborne combat medic this worries me. 3 tours aghan, 1 iraq i would hate something to happen. The cameraman can carry it. It would be better than running to the truck and coming back B4 starting treatment. Just a data point dude. Keep up the good work
@georgewashington92 Yeah the US has the best overall gun laws in the world. It also helps that theres so much empty land out here. Alot of the city folk dont even know how much open country we have out here.
working as a team to break contact is one of the hardest maneuvers to master. this looks like fun but was really sloppy at best. rate of fire was way to low for break contact to be effective. the distances covered are to long and why dismount? with a break contact hitting targets is not nessicarily the idea. you want to keep the bad guys head down so you van get away. its called fire superiority. great work out though...
@kbk1061 but then they would not be flanking the enemy as you suggested in a previous reply. the best way to break contact is for the entire element that is breaking contact to stay intact. that way each team can support the other more effectively.

My local gun store got an Arsenal AK for $580. Im thinking about picking it up but the flash suppressor seems like it is spun offset a little is that normal? Hey great video!! Were you standing during the Mag changes? have you seen the 75 round drumbs? Not sure how good they work but look like fun.
It seems like the cheap TruGlo red dot did pretty good. I have one myself and think it is excellent most of the time. It did fog up on me early one winter morning. The glass is fog resistant but the laser lens is not (I have an open red dot). Would love an Eotech but when I look in my wallet and see the extra $500 it makes me love the TruGlo.

all of whom will be shooting at your open and non-moving body. And like when you pull up in the 4x4, I presume the bad guy initiated combat by firing upon you. You're an obvious target sat still in a large car with 3-4 possibly fully automatic weapons unloading on the front two seats. Like I said I obviously don't have the experience you have but it's just some thoughts from my minimal training.

Not wanting to be sounding like wanker, but I have to ask, where's the suppressive fire? Sure, this is good target practice, but if this were a real firefight, are you sure that your current techniques would be adequate?

@DylerBurben Not many people like the Suppressive fire concept "Unless you have a belt fed machinegun", cause you cant suppress forever, i would rather just kill and know they arent gonna shoot back, then make them duck their head, only to be able to stick it back up later.

one thing that does kinda bug me is that your videos seem to take really long to load, and the length of the videos don't help that very much. but its no big deal, it is just a little annoying... but ill still watch your videos anyway! god bless

I envy you guys having a place to go work on this sort of thing. I did notice a couple things that could be improved upon from my way of thinking;
mag changes - Nobody's using what little concealment is available. Instead, everyone gets up higher to easily access their magazines. Good recipe to catch a bullet.
And it looked like a couple support hands getting swept with pistol muzzles on the draw. Better to hold the support hand to the body (or at least capture the long arm on the transition)

Seems like a lot of time (and ammo) spent in one location, engaging one target. Swift movement is your friend. I'd have probably spec'd 3 rounds per target, less than 2 hits is a failure to neutralize.

Right on brother, thanks for dropping by. Yes, training with purpose is sooo much better. I too am a 40+ yr old and it's a great way to stay in shape. Stay tuned and you will see the "The Sledgehammer" drill which is similar to this but more focused on defineable parameters for scoring. I wish you luck in finding a place back in your places to do this.

@nutnfancy I have one serious concern with the break contact video. Where was the aidbag. As an airborne combat medic this worries me. 3 tours aghan, 1 iraq i would hate something to happen. The cameraman can carry it. It would be better than running to the truck and coming back B4 starting treatment. Just a data point dude. Keep up the good work

working as a team to break contact is one of the hardest maneuvers to master. this looks like fun but was really sloppy at best. rate of fire was way to low for break contact to be effective. the distances covered are to long and why dismount? with a break contact hitting targets is not nessicarily the idea. you want to keep the bad guys head down so you van get away. its called fire superiority. great work out though...

@kbk1061 but then they would not be flanking the enemy as you suggested in a previous reply. the best way to break contact is for the entire element that is breaking contact to stay intact. that way each team can support the other more effectively.

@kbk1061 that is what i said to begin with...i have no need to look those up i lived them..not in vietnam, but nam vets were my sr nco's when i was a mere private ...first man lays down suppresive fire by emptying a mag and throwing a frag then peels off and runs to the end of the formation, second mand copies the first, thrid man has set up a claymore then follows first two, once last man is past #3 he detonates clamore....sound right?....real problem was when i went back in the military in "00

Depends on your mission.
The only thing is when ammo is expensive and on your own dime, you don't like flushing the ammo down the toilet with a lot of rapid fire.
Looks like the Crew had some fun out there.

Due to cost most of arab armies do not buy american or european weapons , we stick to the chinese , russians , and east europeans weapons ,.... no one can afford american weapons unless they empty their defense budget

My local gun store got an Arsenal AK for $580. Im thinking about picking it up but the flash suppressor seems like it is spun offset a little is that normal? Hey great video!! Were you standing during the Mag changes? have you seen the 75 round drumbs? Not sure how good they work but look like fun.

It seems like the cheap TruGlo red dot did pretty good. I have one myself and think it is excellent most of the time. It did fog up on me early one winter morning. The glass is fog resistant but the laser lens is not (I have an open red dot). Would love an Eotech but when I look in my wallet and see the extra $500 it makes me love the TruGlo.

i noticed at 7:00 that the firer opens up his support hand fingers for a little reset after every round.
a closet benchrest accuracy freak would probably want to beat a student that does that but i seriously doubt that it will mess with your acccuracy if you are used to doing it.
not criticism, it's just something i noticed.
i just shot a couple mags in the backyard with the kimber and blackslide.
i don't know if i'm doing it now because you were or if i was doing it the whole time.

they're using it to help induce stress on the firer.
yelling IS part of combat.

i have no idea what their politics are.
what i do know is that impact guns is a pretty good place to start when you're looking to make a nfa weapon purchase.
these guys are probably reasonably sane and personable. at least 1 of them is in the retail firearms business.
get past the guns, the noise etc and look at the people. they're having a great time.
if you don't have a gun or have not been exposed to firearms you are really missing out on a exciting activity.
