I used a 1280x780 Blue screen 1/3rd of the way with a 1280x2500 Blue screen with white lyrics/shadow backdrop created in Adobe Photoshop. I imported this sheet into Premiere and made it's own sequence timing it with the song, finally I inserted this sequence within the original sequence and used a Blue Screen Key to eliminate the blue leaving only the text scrolling.
