No this is not from the Entombed/Unsane/Obsessed tour in 94. That was in the spring. I was a roadie for Entombed on that tour and got to see three absolutely amazing shows every night. This video however is from another great Obsessed show in San Diego later that year.

You are the man for posting this. I saw the Obsessed open for the Entombed in either 93 or 94 in St. Louis & it was probably the best concert I have ever seen. Wino blew me away and turned me into a huge fan; it all blew me away. If this is from the Entombed tour & you have the Entombed footage, I will worship you if you post it.
