@jkshoujk I'm actually not sure about this. At first, I thought it was a clip from much later in the game, but I just read the manga all the way through, and I think the last clips may have been flashbacks...?
Tomoya became a coma as various accidents came in succession.
However, it awoke because the memory would be lost in three years.
It is a memory loss that the memory till then disappears when sleeping.
