@PalkiaRuler44 After beating the Elite Four, go back to Pacifidlog Town and surf east. Stick to the northern edge of the map as you move, and you'll soon come across a gap that leads north to the Sky Pillar.

Bring a Mach Bike to climb the tower, as the floor is cracked in many places. The Pokémon have levels 47–60, with the exception of Rayquaza at level 70 atop the pillar. Good luck.
