I am a flamenco guitarist with focal dystonia in my left ring and middle finger....I am getting good results with 2 sensory exercises that should work with this woman. You use a pin in the 1st exercise and poke the tips of the affected fingers for 5 minutes and then you use a comb and drag the needles of the comb across the tips of your fingers as well.
