The Bush administration clearly dropped the ball in places also, but the 9/11 commission report squarely placed the fault on both teams.

I love it when people who were either children (or not even born yet) try to tell me what Clinton did or did not do. You stupidly claimed Clinton "did NOTHING to stop another attack" after 1993. Please remind me the next time America was attacked after '93. If Clinton "did nothing", then he must have been incredibly lucky.

Who was President on Feb 26, 1993 when AQ first attacked the WTC? What was done after that to stop future attacks? Nothing. Having Bin Laden handed to him on a silver platter, Bill Clinton decided he should not take him out. Clinton ignored AQ for seven years, Bush ignored them for seven months.

Scheuer was never a field agent, a known partisan, and has publicly contradicted his own accusations in separate interviews. He was referred to as "Mike" in the "9/11 Commission's Report" in Chapter 4. They do not report any such pattern of criticism of Clinton by him.
