Dude. You have both the theoretical and technical abilities to play some crazy shit, so why suppress it? I'm sure a lot of metal heads (or blues devotees, depending on how you express your abilities) would give you props. You rock the guitar better than 90% of these wankers you see in rock bands today. I paid good money to see weezer live two or three years ago, long before that song came out, and the 1994 album is on my list of best albums of all time! Weezer definitely used to be one of my favorite bands.

Cuomo is really good, thats why I subbed to this channel, not to hear mediocre rap. a little part of me died when he did "magic".
