I see all the comments here are 1 year old. I would be very interested to see what level of construction it is in now. I go around the Fort to pick up my daughter who is a nurse in St. Luke's but I didn't notice construction of this magnitude going up.

maybe by 2009 or 2010?!...but i hope this beautiful project will not be one of those failed projects (NINGA COGON) that we sometimes see on the news!
