When it's actually word play it's acceptable, this was obviously just someone who didn't know how to pronounce the name correctly. It's a common mistake with Troy's last name but you at least have to know how to say it correctly to use it in any other fashion. He clearly didn't. In other words, he wasn't trying to use any word play or unique delivery, he just didn't know how to say it right.You tend to learn useful things with the proper education..HEHHHHH!!!
