Hell i need help. I fallowed this video step by step. Downloaded the videos from the site, and all i get is a black screen on my vegas. But i can watch it with my quicktime player. So what am i doing wrong or something

Wow.. I tried this with a good explosion from the site and it's transparent.. after I chroma keyed it..

It also has the cut off at the bottom so I can't make a floating explosion
