  • Hello, could anyone advice the age of the Husqvarna shown on the video? I have just got a very similar though handcrank machine, and am now trying to date it. Thank you!

    This modell was manufactured 1903-1934

Go to Sewing Machine Gallery - ISMACS and you find pdf manual of Husqvarna

  • How beautiful. I wonder what other items have been sewn on that?

  • What a gorgeous Husqvarna! I have seen lots of Singers and New Homes, but never a Husqvarna! That's awesome! Thank you for sharing!

  • That click, clack, click is probably because it's what's called a "vibrating" shuttle machine and the click is normal. Only the rotary hooks are quiet (relatively), but I agree, a drink of oil is never a problem, as long as you don't over oil which can soil the work. A drop in each hold when the take up lever is at it's highest is sufficient.

  • Its a beautiful machine, I agree that it needs oiling. The local Pfaff dealer has 10 Pfaff treadles in the shop, he won't part with any of them.

  • What a lovely machine! Please give her a drink of oil. I like to use Tri-Flow when I repair these darling ole gals.

    Thanks for sharing!

  • though, that's easily fixed. How does the bobbin winder work? It lookslike it's in very good condition.

  • oh, it sound like it needs oiling :-) It looks very good.

  • @turtlefromthenorth It does sound a little dry.
