  • where can we find the tab of this song????=D

  • maybe the intro sounds a little like metallica, but the rest, is all fucking Evile!!!! thrashing like a maniac

  • Metallica infused with slayer or vise versa is nothing but bitchin. About time.

  • can we have tab *o*

  • I hope you stay like this and not going to turn in shit metal like Metallica.

  • I only see four serpents' teeth...

  • @heavymetalnhardrock It's not five teeth in the serpents, but the teeth of five serpents.

  • @havocking6 I know, and only the teeth of four serpents are shown on the cover.

  • Comment removed

  • @heavymetalnhardrock Yeah... I thought the middle one was showing its fangs, but it isn't. In fact, it's its body that appears to be a fang.

  • Great song to listen while playing skyrim

  • @Caught1nAMosh

LOL! I didnt even think about that.

  • @voodoolord Did you try it!? It's fricken awesome!

  • Thumb if you heard this on the Thrash Forward comp. album

  • his vocals are like, between Phil Lebont, and like...Tom Araya.

  • sounds like a mix of slayer and tallica :L

  • @oldskoolECWfan69 Sounds more like a mix of Slayer and Testament to me.

  • @oldskoolECWfan69 The intro verse reminds me of Wherever I may Roam! The main thrash verse reminds me much of Angel of Death and Damage Inc!

  • @oldskoolECWfan69 "thrasher" sounded exactly like newer slayer to me and "cult" like metallica. Then again almost nothing can be original anymore and maybe Im just too critical about new metal. I think evile sounds pretty good so far tho and its cool they are at radio rock cruise this year.

  • Evile did it again!!!! THRASH!!!!

  • I wonder how hard it is for Evile to be so extremly fucking awesome.

  • If headbanging isn't automatic when these riffs start to kick in you're fucked!

  • theyre obviously great fans of early metallica

  • Reminds me the best parts of Metallica!

  • Holy shit, these guys are fucking awesome. Why the hell didn't I listen to them before? Damn...

  • damn ib the beginning they sounded just like slayer(or that is to say that matt sounded like tom) but this si something completely different alright....it´s better then their earlier stuff

  • matts vocals are stronger on this album.

  • best album by far.

  • The singer kind of reminds me of the singer from Ice Age, a greek prog metal outfit that was on magna carta

  • I remember hearing evile a long time ago and not caring. This is totally rad. I wonder what my problem was.

  • For me, it's the best band that I've ever listened that is so "young", if you know what i mean.

  • The guitars sound more crispy in this album.

  • the best thrash metal ive heard in a long time

  • I'D RATHER BE DEEEEEAD

  • TOMORROW!!!

  • Enter The Grave > Five Serpent's Teeth > All Hallows Eve > Infected Nations

Don't get me wrong, i like all of them. But Enter The Grave and this just kicks ass!!

  • Comment removed

  • First album was ok, second one was meh, this one is their best by far!

  • THE BEST ALBUM !

  • the only thing more evile than evile is eviles new album

  • cool, i never heard a single song of it

gonna listen to the hole album...

like the voice and the drums rock

  • the new thrash metal of 2011!!!!!

  • Interesting to see how Matt Drake's voice has evolved over time. He went from the Araya shout to a frankly fairly bizarre growl-ish type style, and now he's a mix of the Araya shout and having actual vocal training (vibrato and all that).

  • FFS is MUCH better than infected nations.

  • All Hallows Eve = Epic

Enter the Grave = Extremely fuckinh epic!!!

    Infected Nations =Shite!!

Five Serpents Teeth = I am yet to make my mind up.

  • @kilbourne50 All Hallows Eve = Epic, Enter the Grave = Epic, Infected Nations = Epic, Five Serpents Teeth = Extremely Fucking Epic.

  • @kilbourne50 hey IN was awesome but this one song is way better tho

  • Kickass guitar tone

  • i like evile, enter the grave is in my top 25 favorite metal albums of all time, but it doesn't seem like they were able to get that magic back for infected nations, hopefully this is able to grab my attention like that debut album did.

  • Meh. This bands overrated as fuck. Everytime I listen to one of there songs I can't shake that "I've heard these riffs before" feeling.

  • my neighbours listen to the best music ever, whether they like it or not.

  • @MetallicaMadMan666 same here dude haha

  • Not liking Cult too much. While this track is frankly amazing I think it's not going to be as good as Warbringer's new album.

  • @Madbutcher305 Although I like Cult, I think Worlds Torn Asunder will absolutely rape.

  • Comment removed

  • tracks like bathe in blood, thrasher and we who are about to die seem so distant from the new stuff. Its good, its just not the same :(

  • @jackt2469 wait 'till you hear in dreams of terror, and origin of oblivion, boy oh boy, you better strap your seat belt good

  • @jackt2469 You'll be happy with the new album. Trust me

  • for some reason at 0:38 it reminds me to wherever i may roam

  • Good stuff so far from this album. It would have been easy to churn out another 12 near-identical thrashers but they chose creativity. Do want!

  • When I listened to Enter The Grave, I didn't buy it because I thought it was a great album, it was good, but nothing new. But, I heard a band with a lot of potential that would make a very good and original band one day, so I bought it. Then when Infected Nations came out I was super stoked and they disappointed me, it sounded more original but not as qualitative as ETG, still I held onto Evile. Now I listened to this and Cult, they did what I had expected/hoped: make their own music.

  • @TheRealMechanix Very well said, thats pretty much how i feel. Although i wasnt too keen on Cult. The rest of the songs are sounding good though.

  • @Hughesy16LFC I like Eternal Empire a lot, it sounds 'big', Cult on the other hand will be a sing-along on future gigs I believe, I like the lyrics.

  • @TheRealMechanix attempt at making a Most The Thumbed Up comment, ehh?

  • @TheRealMechanix attempt at making a Most The Thumbed Up comment, ehh?

  • @MrHatinlife You're mistaken, I'm just sharing my opinion, I even wish there was no Thumbs up/Thumbs down, than people wouldn't be copying other comments just for the sake of getting thumbs up, which is totally meaningless.

  • really dont like them anymore :/, used to be a massive fan, seen em 3 times... just disapointed with the new material.. hate his vocal filters, drum beats are so repettive and overused.. especially in cult..

  • @crazykane2006 Cult is a typical song for a single, I'd wait for the full album if I were you :P

  • @rolfeijg2 i personally diddnt like infected nations either, im mates with a now non exsistant band carnal rites. they were big evile fans and supported them on many gigs before they got big. and now.. theve changed and moved away from old school thrash. where as hey if it works for them it works for them, i really dont like the change and i prefer the old evile

  • @rolfeijg2 also. they have been going since 2000.. and this change of style has only happened in the last 3 years.

  • I love the variation within all of their songs, all the tempo and riff changes really keeps you interested.

  • @Porkchoppa76

There was nothing wrong with Infected Nations, in fact it was a fucking great album, played it today at work

So its not like Enter The Grave, They're Evile not Motorhead with everything sounding the same

Plus its Joel on this Album not Mike, so that must play a part in the writing process,

its not like the All Hallows Eve E.P either, badmouth them for that as well while you're at it

  • Comment removed

  • Play Button. Raped.

  • this sounds nothing like metallica, maybe influenced but nothing like metallica. This is Evile, and they are, what they are. End of discussion.

  • evile is thrash metal gods

  • You guys sound like the Metallica of this generation :D They must be one of your major Influences. And I respect anyone who can make Lady Gaga sound GOOD! I loved that Lady Gaga and Iron Maiden mash-up of Edge Of Glory made by Ol :D

    Cheers!

  • To be honest, this was one of the first songs I had heard from these guys, completely hooked, now the proud owner of every album :)

  • check out warbringer- song- living weapon

  • this kinda sounds like metallica...a little

  • Good

  • vocals sound very very simmilar tothe grip inc stuff

  • I've given up on waiting for Evile's next good release. As long as they stick with this vocal style, I'm done. I'll stick with Enter the Grave.

  • @gHer0

I don't mind the vocals. I think he does the melodic element pretty well.

  • Vocals are frankly amazing this time.

  • Really liking this. Plenty of old school thrash energy but unique tunes with it. Also, how nice to hear a metal vocalist actually SINGING, rather than doing that annoying generic scream everyone else seems convinced constitutes vocals these days. Yes Sylosis, this means you.

  • Love your guitar tone, guys! ...and of course everything else too.

Everything just sounds right - good studio wizardry right there!

    Cheers!

  • Enter the grave is still their best album. They are slowly creeping away from their thrashy beginnings which just saddens me, so much potential. Ah well, as long as Gama bomb dont follow suit we'll still have awesome new thrash!

  • @UltimateHeroKing apart from a couple of tracks from their debut, i think this is the best thing they've done. they needed to change things, it had got pretty repetitive imo

  • @GSratm They are/where a thrash band, of course it was going to sound slightly repetitive. They could have changed things up without moving away from their original sound. I thought they would be one of the forerunners of the NWOTM, but this album proves how wrong I was.

  • @UltimateHeroKing you are such an idiot. if you don't think this is thrash metal the problem is with you. not with the music

  • @spleen1234567 I doubt idiot is the term I'd use, and if you deem this as thrash I'd advise you to educate yourself it what thrash metal is. Fair enough there are some thrashy riffs in this, but theres also way to much fluff. Thrash is raw, fast and technical, this is not

  • @UltimateHeroKing tell that to Testament and Megadeth, this Evile album is a s close to the Bay Area sound as you can get, and thrash was never just about speed or being raw either

  • 00:39 next lyrics should be to the king you set astray

  • The intro reminds me of The Thing that Should Not Be...Am I the only one??

  • @neto0111 Yes...other for me is Of wolf and man

  • @neto0111 Had the same :P But the song has a really Evile-feel to it. So great to hear the guys start finding their own sound. :)

  • this band reminds me too much of a really shitty band called slayer :\ i don't like this band...but i still gave them a chance i guess

  • @HaHaIDied shitty band called slayer???????? what the fuck are you talking about???

  • @jfpbman People who refer to Slayer as "shitty" don't listen to Metal. Hell, even if you don't particularly like Slayer, no Metal or Thrash fan would ever call them shitty.

  • @HaHaIDied This band sounds nothing like Slayer at all brother!

  • @HaHaIDied you are a fool, sir.

  • @a1s1s1c why thanks

  • Wow... this is just epic... epic! Can't stop listening! Classic Evile, super fast riffs and awesomeness all around. Can't wait for the new record... will be fucking awesome.

  • Comment removed

  • i love how they sped up the verses halfway through. shits awesome

  • Not bad, looking forward to their 3rd effort, this sounds as though it could easily have been on Infected Nations to me though.

  • whats with the slow mid tempo riffs... yawn

  • And to anybody who calls them sellouts i ask you this, define "sellout". It was different back in the 80's when only pop groups and big acts had videos, but in this day and age EVERYBODY has a music video, and if they don't its because they don't have enough support. I'm happy that Evile is breaking through, finally our generation will be exposed to more creative music rather than spoon fed all that bloody meaningless bullshit on MTV and Kerrang. "Selling out" has been dead for years.

  • Always great when a band evolves from simple head on thrash to something deeper and more complex and people immediately scream "SELL OUT" or say they are losing it. Try pop music if you want music to be the same on every album.

  • Ferocious. Can't believe at people saying that they are getting weaker. It really sounds promising and can't wait for the full album :D.

  • Never thought evile would turn into what they are I heard them way back when the thrasher video only had a few hundred views not a fucking million! Glad that so far I haven't heard one shitty song by them the living dead and metamorphosis are their best songs

  • Fuck everybody here who is saying this song sucks or that the album is going to suck, you are the ones with a shitty taste in music.

  • @footballbeast13 Who the hell is saying this song sucks? They need to go away forever.

  • Don't mean to be a grammar nazi, but shouldn't it be "FIVE SERPENTS' TEETH"?

  • @heavymetalnhardrock It's a quote from a book called "The Demolished Man"

He looked from the cartridges to Reich.” Five serpent’s teeth to give to Gus.” “I told you this was innocent,” Reich said in a hard voice.” We’ll have to pull those teeth.”

    :)

  • This band is just racing to the freaking dirt. Weak song, from probably a very weak record (if the album is just as shitty as the album preview out on youtube).

  • @Esupano3 I'm so glad we have your professional opinion, because everybody would be lost without it... On a more serious note, this song kicks ass and the album will be good as the album preview suggested. How are they racing to the dirt if they are becoming better musicians while their integrity remains intact while also building an ever growing fan base of dedicated metalheads? I really don't see where they have remotely went wrong. Enlighten me.

  • @Alchohollica Basicly, they have just become this super mediocre thrash band that rips off SOOOOO much from old school Metallica (and if you don't hear it, you would surely need some medical attention regarding your capabilites of listening to music). The debut album was a ok debut record. Was promising enough, but Infected Nations was just pure shit from a shit sandwhich. And this record looks just as hopeless as the last one. A promising band ending up as a mediocre group with no future.

  • @Alchohollica Other than some obvious influences from not only Metallica (i'm more than familiar with their stuff, just look at my name) but also Slayer, Sepultura and largely Annihilator, they really havn't copied anybody. Metallica sound like their influences as does every band it's how being a musician works, when you like something you naturally start to play like that but with your own twist. Just ask any professional musician. It's your opinion, but i don't think you have a valid reason.

  • Listen well children. This is what music sounds like.

  • great another radio friendly song. just to get new fans

  • These guys are getting weak, and its only album 3. At least Metallica lasted 6

  • @FUCKINSLAYYEEEERRRRR Metallica lasted 4. Everything they released after the 80s sucked ass, besides Death Magnetic, IMO. DM wasn't even that great, but it was listenable.

  • @PsychoViking33 Kill 'em all, Master of puppets, black album, ride the lightning and justice for all. We'll compromise and say 5. Even though it's not metal to compromise ;)

  • tasty riff \m/ , thank god there is a good modern band out there that is still thrash. next best thing to slayer!!!

  • can anyone else hear a few wherever i may roam influences ? :) not a bad thing just good to hear there idol band coming through a bit.\ thumbs up 100000000000fold /

  • mediocre band in general.

  • Not bad, but not so good compared to the other albums, i hope the rest of the album would be better.

  • I think I hear the devil's tritone in the intro.

  • fucking awesome, didnt expect that they would get EVEN better

  • mejor se ubiesen daoo undescanso com metallica los copiones de mierda

  • la wea malaaaaaaa

  • que tema mas asqeroso

  • wiiiiiiiiiiiii :D

  • Holy shit this is awesome!

  • At the end they promise one more chance in life

With the world, with the book, with the selfish rights

On and on awake the ever burning light

Never take, never break, never leave the line! \m/

  • i really hope the intro isnt that bad when the album comes out

  • Está buena, pero no es para cagarse... ninguno se compara con "Enter de Grave" y el infected nation estuvo de güeva

  • This song is pretty awesome, but from the parts I heard from the rest if the album, I think this might be the worst one on it. This album's going to be fucking great!

  • I got arrested...

For inconvenience and raping. my neighbours saw me raping the replay button... also they don't like Evile.

  • Honestly, their second album was crap. And this one maybe could be an improvement. By the way, there are much better (and funnier) thrash metal bands out there...

  • Holy fuck I knew the album cover would be

like this I just it would me red.

  • I'm going to see them in 2 days, they give a free show lol.

  • Evile and Slayer should tour together, they would sound equally powerful.

  • GREAT!

  • easy the best new thrash band

  • i was expecting a bigger revamp of their sound tbh, i also wanted some really memorable riffs as i really think this album could be their break through album cuz bands like slayer and anthrax were still tiny until their third album. I reckon they could really become as big as slayer if this album is a success. this song is awesome but i know they have some better songs on the new album, i can sense it...

  • @ArseLoad0fMetal666 i agree that this could be their break through album. The third album seems to be the lucky one for other thrash bands, Metallica-Master Of Puppets, Anthrax-Among the Living, Slayer-Reign In Blood, ...Evile-Five Serpents Teeth

  • Comment removed

  • Please quit comparing them to old bands. They kick ass on their own.

  • Evile if you ever read this comment know that you guys after this album and for many years to come will be METAL LEGENDS

  • 2 people are prisoners of the soul! \m/

  • Awesome band, saw them live at Metalcamp.

  • BESIDE OF BONDED BY BLOOD IS THE BETTER THRASH METAL BAND OF THE NEW GENERATION!!!! HAIL TRUE THRASHERS

  • This band, better than any current thrash band, or meta band in general, truly harkens back to the sounds of old school testament, forbidden, old school Metallica, Kreator, Sepultura, Annihilator, Heathen, and many, many great thrash bands. Evile is the best of the best among the new wave of thrash.

  • this is so fucking awesome song, one of the best evile songs ever

  • cant wait till the album comes out!

  • If thats the album artwork, its fucking sick.

  • Evile is one the best "new" thrash band of today. They sound really old school but with a modern heaviness.

  • hear you in september evile \m/

  • This reminds me of both Metallica and Slayer like 0:47 sounds like a Slayer riff, then at 2:04 reminds me of Metallica with the vocal style and melodies... Therefore, in my opinion, Evile could even be on the mainstage of Sonisphere, they are just extremely underrated.

  • asombroso buenos riffs no puedo esperar a sacar las rolas.lml

  • I'D RATHER BE DEAAAD!!!!!!! This album is going to be GREAAAT
