Basically Ralf is saying that they are now able to take the studio on tour with them and that the construction of the instruments and consoles took 3 years to make. Also a lot instruments are self-constructed and invented. Being asked about what is live and not he says that some things are pre-programmed but wiith a lot of sequences they're now able to make changes while the music is running.

And »Radio-Activiity« is an anti-nuclear power plant-song. Maybe it helps a bit.
