Sensei Covert is a very skilled Martial Artist, I had the chance to train with her at Radford University. Probably the best instructor overall the program had in my honest opinion. It looks like in typical fashion, her students are well schooled in the art of Karate with some Jujitsu thrown in the mix. I enjoyed the video, good stuff.
