I think we should just dig a big hole somewhere like Alabama, big enough for all the trash for 200 years and just dump it in there,. Future generations will probably find a use for it, if they survive global warming of course, which I'M sure they will, as its a load of baloney.
Reminder - Saturday 9/19 is the Great Oregon Beach Clean-up
If you can't make it, find something you can do in your own neighborhood to celebrate this day. Pick up trash on the shore of a nearby river or stream (in your neighborhood or along a main street if you're not near a source of water). Make the committment to switch from plastic to reusable bags and bottles.
I'm promoting unplastic Green bags -NOT polyethelene-the crap sea turtles mistake 4favorite food, jellyfish. Biobag is veg-resin, sinks, no floating nurdles, can pass through fish etc.without DEATH...victims of swallowing and suffocating from undigestable plastic, doesn't solve the toothbrushe,'trinket', water, product bottles packaging, etc-Green Plastics! Boo to petro-polyethelene-we have the tech, can be replaced with veg-resins. youtube - biobagusa - soon! Read Green Plastics! by Stevens.
Uh, idiot...I cleaned the beach with the producer last summer for 8 hours until our backs hurt. She was dedicated and tireless. AND WE ARE GOING TO DO IT AGAIN. Why don't you get up off your ass and do something instead of tearing people down you bitter negative waste of space

yeah, great movie, it fucking solved the problem,asshole.. probably you ate a fucking plastically wrapped food while doin it.. fucker. You are not helping it. You are just making stupid videos. Give solutions, don't just underline the fucking problem millions of times.. and I really doubt that the guy would find the plastic in the fish.. the cook didn't spend much time on it,did he..
Clearly it's not just the ocean, your mouth needs cleaning too! I am offended by your unprovoked written abuse and your illiteracy. Had you read books, you may have been able to 1) think critically and get the point of the video- spread awareness - which IS part of the solution; and 2) communicate properly. To be successfully beligerent, cover your weaknesses before attacking. Posting criticisms replete with expletives reveal inadequacies in your life- education, creativity, love, and therapy.
dont fire your mcdicks garbage out the window fkrs!!

I watched similar show on sea waste and plastic. I tell everyone I know and now use the clothe bags at the store.
Even old dogs can learn new tricks.

If they managed to remove and weigh all the plastic in the ocean at 100 million tonnes, why didn't they put it in a landfill?
