  • she is wearing a kemono(sp?) which is super cool! Also she speaks English beautifully :)

  • Kimono :D

Their clothing is very rich and detailed. I mean they arent the fashion capital or anything but their still gorgeous.

  • that was to thomasneyber0599 btw

  • Should have let her speak her native tongue. Everyone sounds better in their native tongue. And by better I mean more comfortable. Not insulting her or anything. Just saying she doesn't sound very happy using English. As for translations.... Subtitles anyone? Yeah she speaks it well, but obviously not too happily.

  • i've played a piece similar to this

  • おめでとうございます

  • You sound great. Good luck at Carnegie. Sincerely, Greg Giannascoli

  • i never thought i would see someone in a kimono playing the marimba

  • LOL

  • she's gotta be wearin it just for show

Japanese musicians nowadays usually only wear traditional attire when playing traditional instruments like taiko, koto, or shamisen

maybe here she wore the kimono to highlight the whole "international" aspect of YouTube Symphony

  • You and I both.

  • がんばってくださいね!

  • Cool From INGTK tk

  • Are you using Stevens grip??

Very seldom seeing Japanese marimba players using Stevens grip.... most of the time they use traditional grip.

  • why is every video i click on says "sorry video is no longer availablae??

  • Because the site is too slow, so youtube blames it saying that it's not available, when it really is.

    Just refresh the page.

  • i dont see a refresh button off top is there any other way to refresh the page?

  • Just through your browser?

All browsers have a refresh button beside the URL bar.

    Or just re-send the URL.
