you do realise that the dinosaur that says "to dad" is actually a reference to the campaign. during the beginning of thunder run miller is holding up the toy dinosaur, and another soldier says " dont worry miller you'll make it back for his birthday" and later on in the campaign, during nightshift, you and campo go into the room he was executed and find the dinosaur on the ground.
