I can't imagine her swimming amongst those jellyfish, and only dying of the one she swallowed. Even if they don't get into your throat, their sting can kill you. Irukandji jellyfish cause Irukandji syndrome, though her having swollowed one likely made it impossible to treat.

But yeah, she was a bi-otch...not deserving of her fate, but certainly deserving a sharp sting for her behavior!
