Make sure you visit the JJ weekend market and haggle but always with a smile! Thai people have a great sense of fun, take a boat (not the tourist one) up the chaophraya river to northanburi, they have orange flag on the front but avoid rush hours. Vistit sky bar at banyan tree at hotel at dusk, expensive drinks but views are really breathtaking - but dress smart & no flats. Enjoy!

Hi Beautiful, hope your packing is going well and that you have a safe trip! I tried your recipe today but without the lime since my GI tract can't handle high acid going down but I did use mint instead so it was organic watermelon with rind, organic Japanese cucumber and organic home grown mint (I grow quite a few varieties and not sure which one this was but I know it was a fruity one)> I bet the lime tastes lovely, maybe if I use a TINY bit... I have paid the price big time with lemons : X
