I like Ur playing, but I think you'd sound better with a wood steel. I'v used small amps, but I don't hear the warmth & harmonic overtones wood has when it resonates. Even the 'Industrial' steel guitars, made of metal have a certain resonation to them. Lucite does not. Harmonic overtones are missing. I have audio tracks of me playing mine, but the youtube stuff is actually a joke. I'll record something this week to put up.

It could be the tiny little battery amp that I used on the video, recorded with the camera mike.

Then again the body is lucite...it is a pretty cool new lap steel.
