It boils down to two possibilities: one, that the filmer has in his mind dehumanized Britney to the point where doing something like this is not unreasonable, or that he's a sociopath. it probably made things easier for him since there was a crowd, it feels less bad gawking at her when there are people nearby doing the same thing. When the guy filming says "why?" though, that really just kills me, it's like a kid whose face is covered in chocolate saying he didn't steal the candy bar. Insane.
