Ja lucien dat is precies de goede manier van trainen, ik mis het wel man. Leuke tijd en fucking hard trainen was dat.

Dit is the way of training, jaren bij Paul pengel getraind in de bijlmer, daar word je een echte man. De hard way of training is a small room. Ik mis het wel.
