I take it you mean "invincible"? You also have to wonder why she did so in the first episode of Season 3, I'd also like to know why Peter has a scar despite having met Claire and absorbed her healing ability.

Either there was something special about the gun, Claire has developed a new power which negates Peter's abilities, or Peter has somehow lost his ability to use her power either through losing his own or absorbing a power which would contradict it.
