Do you have any film that can verify you doing plate wrist curl, in my style, with a 20 kg plate?
yea will be on here soon, i hope to put a few vids up, coc 3 and 4, 110kg wind up,
put it in a carrier bag would be easier to lift

Strong and flexible wrists protect them from injurys. My final goal is to plate wrist curl a large 20 kg (45 lbs) old Eleiko iron plate.

Great, strict form! I tried it for the first time last night, and 25 was very tough even though I'm good at regular wrist curls. Very nice feat, well done!
