I was just wondering, when you use the pump does it fill up the whole tube like all the way to the end of it? I am considering transitioning and want as much info about it as possible, sorry if this question offends.
@MegaRavekid Probably not all the way to the end, no... I suppose it would depend on the size of the tube and the amount of growth you've had, but even bio guys using standard pumps don't generally reach the very end of the cylinder.

@jolarti It is somewhat easier to start while aroused, but the suction pulls blood into the area, so that's pretty much going to happen anyways. The whole point of the pump is to increase blood flow to the area, and to stretch the skin and tissue, to promote outward growth.

@AJSSTUFF3 Everyone is different so I can't say what your personal results will be.
In general T does make the clit to grow into a small penis... The general growth ranges from about 1 to 3 inches. Pumping and using DHT cream while on testosterone increase your chances of getting decent growth. Some people can use it for intercourse. Some can't. You will not be able to urinate from it without surgery to reroute the urethra.
@aaronftm Oh, ok then, one other question, when you say it goes down and you might have to pump it again, does this mean the length of the penis will not stay that length at all times, meaning you will have to pump for the rest of your life? Like once you go from 1" to say 4", if you stop pumping on a regular basis, will you shrink back down to 1"?
Hey Aaron. My ptr is FTM and hasn't started T yet. He is already extreemly sensitive in that area - Is pumping going to make this worse. He already has to push me away when it gets "too much and I still want to be able to go near him.... Any help would be great.

@MrMykell2010 It can really go either way depending on personal anatomical and biological factors as well as on how you might be doing it or if you may be over doing it. It's sort of an acquired skill... You just get used to doing it (it can some times be tedious) and you find the ways that work best for yourself.

The pumping is to encourage as much of it as we can, while also encouraging the direction of the growth to protrude outward rather than just down. The results will not be anything near what a transguy on T would get, but there will be some growth.

@ZErawrMONSTER generally you start between 5 and 10 for 5-15 mins at a time... but its really up to what feels comfortable to you. If it's uncomfortable or painful, let off and slow down. This isn't something to be rushed. See info section for tips and such.

@ifyouseeryan- check the places where the tubing is connecting- if that is all tight you may have a small gap where the pump meets the skin- I have noticed that if I move mine sometimes it will rapidly release the suction.... Hope that helps

@ifyouseeryan figured out the issue I was having, I had bought the pump you suggested for purchase... turns out with enough use it started to unscrew so simply tightening/turning the smaller cylinder onto the white cap sealed the suction!
@ifyouseeryan I am not really sure... They do wear out over time or with rough handling. At some point you may need to reconsider purchasing a new one. If it is a relatively new pump I would contact the manufacturer or the merchant and see if you can work out some kind of replacement arrangement.
are you saying you would only be able to penetrate after having used the pump and then you'd have to go back and do it again for 10-15 mins? I thought that pumping enlarges the size permanently, especially the erect size, to the point it may be possible to penetrate.

@MyGenesis122 Wether or not you can penetrate, with or without the pump, depends entirely on your body and how it responds to T and/or pumping. Like with everything else... every persons body is different, therefore everybody reacts differently.

@paramoreblows The clitoris gets erections anyways, but once on T and growth becomes apparent, so to do the erections become more apparent. You actually achieve better results if you begin pumping with an erection, rather than pumping while flaccid. Female bodied people actually have more erogenous tissue than men do... it's just inverted. It's basically all the same tissues in different arrangements.

Because it really depends on your personal level of tolerance.... i can't really say... but if your gauge is off you might want to contact the manufacturer or look online to see how you can reset it to zero...

You can use T cream or the remnants of your shot on your junk as a topical... It can HELP with growth, and if used white you are on the injectable and pumping, it will give greater effect.
However if you are speaking of using the cream instead of the injectable as a means of ingestion...
Well the injectable is far more effective for FTM changes etc, than the creams.
You can see pictures by doing searches on google (Use words like: ftm, transman, trans cock/penis, dicklit, enlarged clitoris, meta, metoidioplasty, clitoral release) . You can also look on sites like Transster and TheMensRoom. And there are guys posting on Xtube now as well.
The best place to buy a Clitoral Enlargement Pump & Cylinder System is online. They range in price from about 90.00 to 120.00. Some kits come with multiple cylinder sizes.
I do not recommend for the purpose of enlarging a clitoris: Bulb style clitoris pumps, vulva pumps, or bio-male penis pumps.

do you have recommendations for pressure gauges throughout the intervals? I think my gauge is off because it is never resting at zero but any thoughts?

Because it really depends on your personal level of tolerance.... i can't really say... but if your gauge is off you might want to contact the manufacturer or look online to see how you can reset it to zero...

understandable in regards to personal tolerance level I guess I am curious how much pressure is reqired in order for it to be effective. My head turns purplish after 3-4 min. In your opinion is that normal? I usually pump until just before the amount of pressure become uncomfortable. Too much?

probably overdoing it... you want to try to be gradual with it... start off slow...

can't wait to get me one...some use t cream with it right? i don't think that stuff makes a difference. my doc said it would increase my t levels-just curious about the cream's effectiveness. so what do you think?

You can use T cream or the remnants of your shot on your junk as a topical... It can HELP with growth, and if used white you are on the injectable and pumping, it will give greater effect.
However if you are speaking of using the cream instead of the injectable as a means of ingestion...
Well the injectable is far more effective for FTM changes etc, than the creams.

It can be uncomfortable or odd feeling at first...
If you over do it, it can be painful, and you could actually potentially injure yourself...
It's very important to learn how to do it properly, before actually doing it.
Doing it correctly over time does yield results.

You can see pictures by doing searches on google (Use words like: ftm, transman, trans cock/penis, dicklit, enlarged clitoris, meta, metoidioplasty, clitoral release) . You can also look on sites like Transster and TheMensRoom. And there are guys posting on Xtube now as well.
