when did this crime hapen? can't science do an advance photo of this child to see if the parents can be I.D. perhaps there is a brother or sister out there that looks like him that might come forward ? My God so many children have been under attack or missing for too long, WE all OWE the worlds CHILDREN PROTECTION above all !!! May justice be brought forth and Peace be granted to his Soul....
