    Acredito que toda essa critica seja porque a eleição esta próxima. No meu ver, antes de culpar o Sergio Cabral, os anteriores deveriam ser responsabilizados.

    Qual o problema hoje? O secretário não é daqui e esta fora dos esquemas? Acabou o loteamento de delegacias e batalhões para políticos?Só pode ser.
