5 stars for doing a burnout on a Triumph the way it should be done. That is NOT parking your frontwheel up against something solid which any moron can do!
That first bike is a Triumph. Looks to be a unit 650 but they've put the shift lever on the otherside if it is. If that's where it always was then it was originally built after 1973. Tough to get a good look at it with all that smoke. None the less, they make nice, true, old school hardtails.
bobber and chopper was the same term right after ww2 as time went on the two word meant 2 different styles of bikes either way both are cool in their own right
didnt the word "bobber" come to after WWII, soldiers were coming home from the war and bobing thier bikes, makin them look like the cafe racers they saw over seas. making them light and taking of things they didnt need, like fenders, lights and huge seats.....?
You see any big fenders?lights?fenders at all? huge seats? You mean i cant call it a bobber sins its a 67 engine? word wrestlig, big fuckin deal Ride call what ever you want...jerk!
Did you just google the word bobber and copy and paste it here? If you dont think that is a bobbed bike, you dont know anything about motorcycles and should keep playing final fantisay and not talk.
@crazyhorsebearclaw Based on the traditional definition, the bike would be a short chop... frame has been modded (bolt/weld on hardtail), modern brake, forward controls... Cool bike tho.
No one sees the Bobber as a cool bike. Too many guys buy Harleys just to look cool and can't even ride them. I saw my first Bobber this year and now I want one.
Love the Trump, but would like the vid more if it was sans music....let them motors do the talkin!
