ok things are starting to come together! so bully 2 was "accidentally" anounced back in 2009 by a music composer and if he`s for some reason actually showing up walking around the streets of liberty city in GTA 4 then rockstar is either 1: trying to give some hints or 2: screwing around to make us think random stuff
