Friendly question: Why would you season the chops AFTER you floured them? Seems as if the flavoring would stick to the flour and not the chops? Am I missing something here?
hot pan...then he adds cold oil after the meats cooking....moves around the floured meat, knocking off the breading...LEAVE IT ALONE!!!!
